The lightweight steel frame of the Razor E90 combined with the 90W electric motor deliver the class-leading 80 minutes run-time, which could potentially take you 12-15 miles depending on speed, acceleration and riding conditions. Acceleration and braking are both controlled from the handlebars, made from steel for strength and control.

Answer: The unit must be traveling at least 3 mph (5 kph) before the motor will engage. To start the motor, kick start to at least 3 mph (5 kmh) while applying the push button throttle to engage motor.
Question: Does the Razor E90 come assembled? Is it easy to assemble the E90 and how long does it take?
Answer: The Razor E90 does not come fully assembled and some assembly is required but this only takes 10 minutes and is very easy to do. Razor recommends assembly by an adult. Assembly times does not include initial battery charge time.
Question: How long should I initially charge the battery?
Answer: Allow up to 12 hours for initial charging (see page 3 for charging information) to ensure the battery is fully charged and operational.
Question: Is the Razor Power Core E90 for adults or children?
Answer: The E90 is suitable for anyone older than 8 years old and weighing less than 54 kg so is suitable for both adults and kids.
Question: Is there a Warranty from Razor for the Power Core E90 electric scooter?
Answer: The following warranty information is provided by Razor.
Razor Limited Warranty
Razor provides a limited warranty namely, their products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days (for electric powered products) and 6 months/180-days (for non-electric powered products) from date of purchase by the consumer. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheel, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or misuse. Razor’s Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:
- used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation;
- modified in any way;
- rented.
Razor is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product. We recommend that you save your original sales receipt with your Razor product manual and write the serial number directly on your product manual for reference.
Warranty Items
If your Razor Power Core E90 malfunctions within the period as detailed above, Razor will in the first instance endeavour to identify the issue and resolve this with the dispatch of a replacement part. You will need to provide the serial number of your product and a proof of purchase. If the issue cannot be resolved in this manner, the next course would be to obtain a returns merchandise authorisation (RMA) number from help@razoreu.com.
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Include the original packing slip and a note explaining the reason for your return.
- Shipping cost to be borne by the consumer.

Once the item is received by a Razor engineer, all costs to repair the item under warranty will be borne by Razor including the return carriage costs. The item will be examined within 2 working days of receipt and any works undertaken within 5 working days of receipt.
