Scott Gambler 10 2011 Mountain Bike

Scott Gambler 30

Designed for use on downhill courses and in freeride events the Scott Gambler 30 2011 mountain bike looks the part as well as allowing the rider a great deal of control over the set up with uncomplicated adjustability provided by the various quality components. This is something which I think works in its favour, although those who are less fond of tinkering may not make as much of these features.

The adjustability of the Scott Gambler 30 2011 is largely down to the intelligent interchangeable dropout system, which Scott has developed in-house. This means that you can create a short wheelbase set up when required or extend it to a longer wheelbase when you want to increase the stability of your ride if speed is of the essence.

You get great ground clearance whichever set up you choose and the alloy frame sports a blue and white paint job that looks great as well as being appropriate for this style of bike. Because of all the high end kit attached to this bike and the level of engineering care and attention, you will have to shoulder an enthusiast’s price, but most will be happy to if it means they can secure victory in competition.
