Scott Voltage YZ 40 2011 Mountain Bike

Scott Voltage YZ 40

The Scott Voltage YZ 40 is an incredibly well priced mountain bike that has its sights set on anyone who wants to take their cycle to multiple locations and still enjoy the same confidence and control. Despite its low price you still get plenty of high-end components, from the alloy hydroformed tubes which make up the frame to the top brand gears and braking system. As an all-white bike it is also striking to behold and begs to be muddied as quickly as possible.

The Scott Voltage YZ 40 2011 mountain bike will perform well whether on the streets near your home or in the exposed wilds where mud replaces tarmac. Its price obviously limits the amount of features, so there is no rear shock and the front fork from Suntour provides 100mm of travel, which is not as impressive as some of the more expensive options. However, you will probably care little about these facts when you have held on to so much of your cash.

With 21 Shimano gears to go through, the Scott Voltage YZ 40 is definitely set up to provide versatility to its user. Despite this, it bears some resemblance to BMX bikes and its stem is even modelled after this effect, resulting in a product that can be handled deftly and precisely in most situations. I am a real fan of its design, with a low-slung seating position and chunky frame looking appropriately full of attitude whilst its white colour scheme will offset nicely against any location.
